South on I-95 to exit 1A(896 Middletown) 4 miles to Route 40, turn right. Continue 6 miles to Route 213, turn left (South).  Continue a further 6 miles to the canal - cross over the Canal bridge - turn right at bottom of bridge and continue back under bridge to stop sign - left at stop sign to 3rd - turn right.  Just before 2nd St. you will see our house on the right.

From Washington D.C. & Baltimore:

North onto I95 to exit 100 (Northeast) turn right onto 272 South. Follow to Route 40 East (on left) - follow to 213 South (turn right) - follow above directions from 213.
